What this is

FlightMap.live is an informational flight-tracking service operated by VIA BOCA LLC, Florida, USA.

Live aircraft positions, routes, schedules, airport information, and other aviation information displayed on FlightMap.live are sourced from third-party aviation data providers, including OpenSky Network and AeroDataBox. This information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or occasionally inaccurate.

FlightMap.live is provided for informational purposes only. Do not use FlightMap.live for navigation, air traffic control, emergency response, flight operations, or any safety-critical decision. Always rely on official aviation sources, airlines, airports, air traffic control, and qualified aviation professionals for safety-critical information.

Accounts

Some features require you to sign in with a valid email address.

You're responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity conducted through your account. Please contact us at hello@flightmap.live if you believe someone else has accessed or used your account.

You may not create or use an account for unlawful purposes or to circumvent restrictions placed on another account.

We may suspend or terminate an account if it is used in violation of these Terms, to abuse the service, to bypass usage limits, or in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Free & Pro plans

FlightMap.live may offer free and paid features.

The free plan is usage-limited. Limits may apply to searches, favorites, alerts, monitoring, or other features. These limits may change as the service develops.

Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. The applicable price and billing period are shown before you subscribe.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Pro subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, while your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

We don't offer refunds or partial refunds for unused subscription time after a subscription period has started, unless a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If you are charged in error, experience a technical problem that prevents you from receiving the Pro service you purchased, or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at hello@flightmap.live so we can review the issue.

If a payment fails, your Pro access may be suspended or cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing process.

We may change Pro pricing in the future. If a price change affects your existing subscription, we'll provide reasonable notice before the new price applies, where required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from FlightMap.live
• Bulk-download or redistribute data obtained through FlightMap.live
• Resell or commercially redistribute FlightMap.live data or services without our permission
• Attempt to bypass search quotas, subscription restrictions, or other usage limits
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing free-tier or usage limits
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, databases, servers, or other infrastructure
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service except where permitted by applicable law
• Use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable load on the service
• Use FlightMap.live in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account or activity is abusing the service, bypassing restrictions, creating security risks, or negatively affecting other users.

Third-party data and services

FlightMap.live relies on third-party aviation data providers and technology providers to operate the service.

Flight data may come from sources including OpenSky Network and AeroDataBox. We don't control these third-party providers and cannot guarantee that their data will always be accurate, complete, current, or available.

Third-party providers may change, restrict, delay, or discontinue their data or services without notice.

FlightMap.live also uses third-party infrastructure and service providers, which may include Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and other providers described in our Privacy Policy.

FlightMap.live may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services.

Intellectual property

The FlightMap.live name, branding, website design, software, interface, original content, graphics, text, and other materials created by or for FlightMap.live are owned by or licensed to VIA BOCA LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use FlightMap.live for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of FlightMap.live's trademarks, software, design, content, or other intellectual property.

Third-party aviation data, trademarks, logos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms and licenses.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from FlightMap.live's proprietary materials without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

User content and settings

Some FlightMap.live features allow you to create or save information such as favorites, alerts, callsigns, aircraft, areas, or bookmarked flights and airports.

You retain any rights you may have in information you provide to FlightMap.live.

You grant FlightMap.live permission to store and process this information as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

Service availability

We work to keep FlightMap.live available and reliable, but we don't guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, network problems, data-provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features or parts of FlightMap.live as the product evolves.

No warranty

FlightMap.live is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, or suitability of the service or information displayed through it.

We don't guarantee that FlightMap.live will meet your particular requirements, that the information will always be accurate, or that errors will always be corrected.

FlightMap.live is not a substitute for official airline, airport, air traffic control, government, or aviation authority information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIA BOCA LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, FlightMap.live.

This includes losses or damages resulting from inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrectly displayed flight information.

We are not responsible for decisions made based on information displayed by FlightMap.live, including decisions involving travel, transportation, flight schedules, airport operations, or other time-sensitive activities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIA BOCA LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of FlightMap.live, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or violation of another person's rights.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using FlightMap.live, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can contact us at hello@flightmap.live if you have questions about your personal information or want to request deletion of your account.

Account termination

You may stop using FlightMap.live at any time.

You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting hello@flightmap.live, subject to the data retention terms described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to FlightMap.live if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, attempted to bypass restrictions, created a security risk, or used the service unlawfully.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before termination. We may act immediately when necessary to protect the service, other users, or our systems.

Changes

We may update these Terms as FlightMap.live develops or as our legal, technical, or operational requirements change.

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Where required by applicable law, we'll provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of FlightMap.live after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VIA BOCA LLC, subject to any mandatory laws that may apply to you based on your location.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
